At Southern Exchange Company, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original shipping container.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for proof of shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
